Wargameron is coming soon

Below you’ll find the most important information to help you smoothly start your Wargameron experience. Even if you’ve attended before, it’s worth taking a look—there are a few new updates this year.

First steps on arrival

After arriving, please head to the hotel reception to check in. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, but if rooms are ready earlier, you’ll receive them without any issues. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day, and luggage can be stored at the hotel.
At the reception, you will also receive your welcome package along with your ID badge.
The badge will be your “pass” – it allows early access to the event hall, staying late, and gives access to meals and bar discounts.
This year, the main event hall (Rubin Hall) is located on the ground floor, directly opposite the entrance. This is where the entire event takes place.

Arrival & organization

Start at the reception – this also applies to participants without accommodation. Parking on site is free. If you arrive early, feel free to head straight to the hall or nearby areas.

Welcome pack & badge

The badge is a key part of the event – it allows hotel staff to recognize you and grants access to all amenities: the hall, meals, and bar discounts. Feel free to personalize it with your name, nickname, or identifying mark.

Event hall

The heart of Wargameron is Rubin Hall on the ground floor. If you don’t see the organizers at the entrance, look for people in red shirts inside the hall or nearby.

Rules & amenities

Hotel rules apply in the hall: no outside alcohol or food (except small snacks). Please keep the area clean and respect quiet hours outside the hall.
